On 6^th and 7^th September 2017 the EPIC consortium met at the Kick-Off Meeting in Kaiserslautern, Germany. The first day was dedicated to get to know each other and to organize the further collaboration of the project partners. Afterwards the technical work packages were presented. Discussions and socializing continued during a common dinner in a less formal atmosphere. The second day focused on technical discussions and agreements on the next steps in the project.
